Note: It is the customers responsibility to insure that the product or part they are ordering is the correct items for their vehicle. If you are not sure please do not hesitate to call us at: 361-289-6033 before ordering.
We ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, processed orders cannot be cancelled.
Warranties are valid only to original purchaser and the original vehicle.
Warranties are non-transferable.
Orders must be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Please call us at 361-289-6033 to obtain your RMA number. Return items must be received within 10 days of issuance of a RMA. All returned merchandise and non defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The returned shipment costs will be paid by the customer and any free shipping costs we paid will also be deducted.
Shipping costs are non- refundable.
Returned products must be in new condition and the original packaging complete with all documents, parts, and instructions. All packaging must be insured for the amount of the merchandise. The following merchandise will not be accepted for return:
Unauthorized or COD returns will be refused.
Merchandise returned to us without an RMA or expired RMA, will be refused.
Any Merchandise not listed on the RMA
Merchandise that was not returned within 30 days of receipt
Special Ordered Merchandise
Merchandise not in original packaging
Damaged merchandise due to negligence
Products that have been installed , modified, damaged due to abuse, fire or weather
U.S. postal service returns will be denied.
Fuel distributors and control units that are disassembled or have been tampered with are not returnable.
Core Charge Return Policy
You must have purchased Core from Coastal Diesel within the past 30 days.
The Core must be returned in the original carton.
Make sure all Fluids have been drained from the core.
The Core must be assembled and complete and capable of being rebuilt
Call Coastal Diesel at 361-289-6033 to receive your RMA return authorization number.
Customers will be credited back the manufacturers core charge that was included in the selling price, if all of the core return criteria listed above is met.
NOTE: Critical core items such as (cylinder heads, turbochargers) may require
manufacturers acceptance prior to issuance of credit.
Any core that is not complete and assembled, or that has missing parts, broken housing, was painted, came from a junk yard, or has been damaged by any kind of abuse from weather , fires , misuse, or negligence will not be accepted.
Coastal Diesel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for inspecting their packages upon delivery and all claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.
Under no circumstances will Coastal Diesel be liable to the purchaser for any damages or injuries suffered by any person for any reason that may arise out of negligence, mishap, accidents, breach of warranty, breach of contract or anything else. Coastal Diesel is only reponsible for refunding, exchanging or crediting an account for the amount of purchase on authorized items returned.
